Specialized Services
-
Pain management massage is designed to relieve pain, prevent new pain, and manage emotional responses to chronic pain. These sessions are extremely unique to your preferences, your pain, and the way in which you present at the time of your appointment. We will often us deeper slow massage techniques, along with neuromuscular therapies and cupping in these sessions. The goal is always for you to be pain free.
-
Injury recovery sessions focus on an acute injury. We will use deep tissue massage, cupping, assisted stretching, mobility exercises, neuromuscular therapy, and relaxation techniques as potential tools to relieve soft tissue damage that may have resulted from an injury. These sessions are often best when we use our time focused on a targeted area, rather than the full body. I recommend purchasing a package when working through an injury, as it can take 3-6 massages to truly see lasting results.

Prenatal massage is designed to support the body through the physical and structural changes of pregnancy. I offer intentional, pregnancy-safe bodywork that helps relieve common discomforts such as low back and hip pain, pelvic tension, swelling, and fatigue, while also supporting circulation, nervous system regulation, and overall comfort. Each session is thoughtfully adapted to your stage of pregnancy and your individual needs, with careful attention to positioning, pressure, and areas of strain or imbalance. This work supports not only relaxation, but strength, mobility, and connection to the changing body throughout pregnancy. Prenatal massage can also support preparation for labor and delivery by addressing pelvic and core tension, encouraging balance, and fostering greater awareness of the body during pregnancy.

Postpartum massage is designed to support recovery after pregnancy and birth, honoring the physical and neurological demands placed on the body during this time. I offer thoughtful, individualized bodywork to address areas commonly affected postpartum, including the low back, hips, pelvis, abdomen, neck, and shoulders. This work can support circulation, ease muscular tension, encourage tissue recovery, and help regulate the nervous system during a period of significant change. Sessions are tailored to your stage of postpartum healing and may incorporate gentle abdominal and pelvic support as appropriate, always with care, consent, and respect for your body’s pace of recovery. Postpartum massage can also support core reconnection, pelvic balance, and a gradual return to strength and stability following birth.

Integrative massage is a customized approach to bodywork that supports pain management, stress reduction, and long-term physical well-being. These sessions draw from a range of techniques—including deep tissue work, cupping, neuromuscular therapies, assisted stretching, and relaxation-based approaches—to address patterns of tension, overuse, and imbalance. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and goals, whether you’re seeking relief from chronic discomfort, recovering from physical strain, or using massage as a preventative tool to maintain mobility and resilience. This work supports both the musculoskeletal and nervous systems, helping the body adapt more efficiently to daily demands and stress.
