Our studio is located within “The Studios at Summit” on the corner of Peakview and Quebec. There is plenty of parking in an open parking lot right in front!
When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable and get some water/use the restroom if you need to. You therapist will get you when your room is ready!
Because all bodies are built differently, we offer side-lying sessions and plenty of additional supports to customize your experience. Your therapist has specialized training in supporting pregnant bodies in this position as not to add additional stress to tissues or joints.

Unfortunately, I cannot. I am also a mother and unable to give this type of open availability. However, please contact me about couples massage classes. I teach families to deliver simple and loving touch with basic massage techniques at home. This is a great tool for your partner or support person to have during and leading up to delivery!

If you wish to reserve time to participate in our Labor Lab, you will benefit from a hands-on education in pain management techniques from your therapist. These techniques can be taken with you into labor and the delivery room. Additionally, we will offer supportive sleeping and nursing postures for during and after pregnancy. We recommend bringing your delivery support person and/or Doula with you to this session.
-
Absolutely! The Labor Lab is a hugely beneficial addition to a Doula’s offerings. We will teach you hands-on pain management techniques for your clients during labor and delivery. Additionally, we will offer you ways in which you can manage your own energy when delivering massage techniques so that you do not tire quickly during a long delivery period.
