About Colorado Massage co.
special sauce
whole body approach
The nervous system is our guide in Deep Tissue Massage. As the nervous system settles, the tissues follow suit and allow for deeper pressure and more profound change. They are not quick to resist attempts at manipulation. Because of this reactive relationship, soothing the nervous system is a foundational goal in our sessions. We integrate relaxation techniques, unique to your body, to maximize the effects of our work. Each technique builds off of the next and we allow the body to guide the work, without forcing change.
myofascial therapies
Cupping
Manual cups are integrated as a tool in our sessions to further customize your experience on the table. Cups may be used in your massage to increase the circulation to a muscle, tissue, or joint. I often use cups to manipulate tissue that has been adhered to bone, muscle, or fascia. And for some, I will integrate the cups to calm your nerves.
stretching
Before or after addressing your major muscle groups, we integrate table thai massage techniques and assisted stretching. This can be an effective way to improve mobility, posture, and body awareness.
Neuromuscular therapies
Deep Tissue
Our whole body approach of integrating nervous system work with full body fascial therapies, allows for a creative deep tissue experience that you can relax through. We follow your body’s patterns and work slowly into the layers of your muscle tissue.
Trigger Point Therapy
We incorporate stagnant pressure, movement, and breathwork into our sessions to encourage the release of active trigger points and adhered tissue cause by overuse or injury.

Colorado Massage Company opened in August of 2019 with the intention of creating a therapeutic bodywork environment that encourages self love. At it’s core, Colorado Massage Company is a space for the people in our community to enjoy during their week, where they can calm their mind and leave feeling well; and above all else- receive GREAT bodywork.
Haley enjoys working with and learning from all bodies. She takes pride in continuing her education to better serve her clients and further facilitate the healing process. Haley loves feeling great in her body and bodywork is her passion. She is grateful to be sharing the power of touch with you!
